I require a deposit on all items before I will begin work. And they have to be paid in full before I will ship. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you have not paid for the item within 6 months of completion (unless otherwise agreed upon), I will sell it at auction and your deposit will not be returned.

DEADLINES

If you have a deadline, please indicate so when ordering. If agreed to, I will do my utmost best to have your work finished by this time. Unreasonable deadlines will not be accepted and changes to earlier deadlines will not be accepted one the order has been agreed to. The desire to accept a rush order is up to me (the artist) as are any fees charged for this service.

I will accept refunds and repairs within 30 days only with a reasonable excuse.

If you bought a wolf suit and suddenly decide to become a fox, that's not my problem. However, If there is a defect in the suit, return it and I will fix it for free. I will not fix suits which have been worn unless they are thoroughly washed first. And I will not fix suits which have been abused in any way. The abused or dirty suits will be shipped straight back and the warranty will be null and void.

If you decide to return a suit, and I accept it, I will refund your balance, but your deposit will be forfeit.

CANCELLING/ORDERING COMMISSIONS

I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any stage of the process, if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable.

Once the order has been made and I have begun work (which includes having already ordered the fur) then no changes may be made to the commission.

If you wish to cancel your commission (for any reason), I will refund the balance and the deposit will not be returned.

I also reserve the right to not accept certain orders and commissions - these include copyrighted characters, 'yiffy' suits or items, 'blacklisted' commissioners, stylistic differences, and more. If a refuse a commission, I will always indicate why.

ARTIST’S STYLE

I am best at (and I prefer to make) more realistic animal suits. There are plenty of other artists who will do a 'toony' suit for you so please do not ask me. I may not exactly follow a character plan or reference sheet. If you want it to look like a wolf with a purple tail I can do that. But if you want me to copy exactly the reference sheet, then I cannot do that as I will not copy another artist's work - in this case the artist who drew up the reference sheet. I base all of my creations upon the features of real animals.

Allow that I may change certain details of the commission (general shape, size of features, etc) to better integrate the costume/human/animal mix into a well made, believable whole.

I will discuss any and all changes and adjustments with the commissioner before proceeding with the commission.
